Yesterday I got my 3rd job in just as many months. If you know me a bit then that's not too surprising, and in my personal opinion, it's not as crazy as it sounds. For clarification, I'm not currently working 3 jobs, rather, the past 2 just haven't worked out. And for statistical purposes, this is my 4th job of 2011. Working on a personal best! In 2009 I also had 4 different places of employ and it seems 2011 is going to break that record. The j-o-b is in Greenville, SC and in honor of that, green food!

Tasty for sure. Not as rich as "real" pesto and those tofu noods are quite light as well. But the flavors were great. I'm not including a photo of the finished product because the lighting makes the whole thing look like a pile of grey brains. I prefer you have the mental image of that awesome green color above.
