Chili and cornbread

By the end of this month, I'm hoping to have a couple solid go-to recipes.  Recipes that I love to cook and to eat.  Nothing crazy fancy but decent enough to serve other people and know that they'll be happy too.  I figure a chili recipe is a great one to have in my quiver.
I tried out Happy Herbivore's Chickpea and Corn Chili recipe.  It was great!  Loads of flavor and an interesting mix of textures.  (Sidenote:  I love HH's visual recipe guide and I feel like I could base an entire mofo on those recipes)
To go with it I made PPK cornbread.  Bustin' out the big guns here people!  It's a totally excellent recipe. It was my first time making cornbread, vegan or otherwise, and it was a success.
