I would eat it in a bar, I would eat it in a car

While living in New Zealand I learned of a particularly interesting stereotype. That we Americans love peanut butter. Like, really, love it. Well that's ok with me, because I do. And while living in NZ and backpacking on the cheap, my peanut butter consumption was at an all-time high. Mostly peanut butter and jelly or banana or apple sandwiches and baked beans with a dollop of peanut butter cooked in. Really. It gives them a satay (fancy!) flavor and helps break the monotony that comes with a diet limited by funds and lack of refrigeration.

On to the recipe! This one is for peanut butter vanilla balls. PB balls recipe (and more!) here.  2 of the 5 ingreeds are peanuts and peanut butter so hell yeah, I'm all over it.
Check out that awesome blender.  Used to be my grandma's and still grinds with the best of 'em.

The finished product a few minutes later.  So good!  The rest of the fam
and I found them to be
best the next day, after being refrigerated.
Ideal size is a bit smaller than these.
Think circumference of a nickel.
These are definitely going on the to-make-again list.  Confession:  don't actually have such a list but maybe should...
