While living in New Zealand I learned of a particularly interesting stereotype. That we Americans love peanut butter. Like, really,
love it. Well that's ok with me, because I do. And while living in NZ and backpacking on the cheap, my peanut butter consumption was at an all-time high. Mostly peanut butter and jelly or banana or apple sandwiches and baked beans with a dollop of peanut butter cooked in. Really. It gives them a satay (fancy!) flavor and helps break the monotony that comes with a diet limited by funds and lack of refrigeration.

On to the recipe! This one is for peanut butter vanilla balls.
